Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail or our fully trackable courier service Parcel Force.

All our items are handmade to order, current lead times are approximately 5-10 working days until your order will be ready for dispatch.

If you purchase several items, where possible they will be dispatched together and therefore the longest delivery time frame is relevant.

The above applies to the mainland UK only.

All deliveries within the UK mainland are FREE of charge, for other areas, highlands, islands etc please get in touch, additional postage will be charged at cost.

We do not currently offer an international shipping service available through the website but we are more than happy to offer you a quote, just get in touch via the contact page with your location and items you are interested in.

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

If you would like live tracking updates, please also provide your email address and phone number so we can give to the courier.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries), please contact us.

Please note there is a 14-day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we can act on lost or missing parcels sent by standard Royal Mail delivery, Royal Mail will not investigate prior to this.
